A Funny Thing Happened on My Road to Weight Loss
In a recent post I mentioned that I unexpectedly gained more than five pounds out of no where. It’s funny that while I was so consumed with the sudden unwanted weight gain, I hadn’t noticed other signs of poor health creeping up on me–such as fuzzy memory, splitting nails, frizzy hair, dry skin and an uncontrollable twitch in my eye
