Published in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism , the study conducted by researchers at Athens University Medical School in Greece was to determine whether eating the same meal at different speeds produces different post-meal hormones (glucagon) that signal feelings of satiety and fullness to the brain.
