The baby food diet was developed by celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson and it involves eating 14 servings of baby food a day and then ending the day with a typical adult dinner. Tracy said she wanted to develop a diet that was liquid-based to eliminate toxicity but she didn’t want the typical weight gain that one has after following a liquid detox diet, thus the baby food diet.
