On her talk show this week, Wendy Williams featured celebrity trainer and Glamour magazine’s contributing editor Teddy Bass to help her audience with at-home mini workouts that target specific body parts.

My prom is coming up in May, and i want to lose weight so i can look nice in my dress. i am 17 years old, 5′3″, weighing 180lbs. I’ve tried dieting, but somehow once it hits the weekend i start eating a lot, and craving different things.
I tried to lose weight two or three times over the past years without success.
A woman’s mind is full of secrets; a woman’s body is one of them. Everywhere I look is something telling me to lose weight, whether it is a magazine, a clothing label or even just the tyre around my stomach, I’m a walking dieting failure. At the age of 10 I had a pair of jeans that fit me like a glove I loved them so much and wore them every weekend, I remember thinking I’m fat when these jeans don’t fit me anymore.
i weigh 180 and im 5′7 i walk everyday for 2 miles in one hour, i just started so i know that’s kinda slow (but i am walking at a fast pace). What will it take for me to be able to shed those lbs by spring? I’m also working out to a jillian michaels dvd (kinda i have been doing that since last friday, but didn’t do it on the weekend,), and if i don’t walk outside or i have some extra spare time i get on the tredmill for 2 miles.
