Biggest Loser Resort and Spa Opened In Malibu

There is already a Biggest Loser Resort At Fitness Ridge located in Utah.  They have apparently been successful enough to want to open another location minutes away from the original biggest loser ranch, where the famous reality show is filmed. The new resort, located in beautiful Malibu, California, plans to offer guests many of the same helpful techniques offered to the television contestants.  Among the various weight loss programs that will be offered is a six hour work out routine that includes things like hiking, swimming, kick boxing, and aerobics classes.

Biggest Loser Sunshine Hampton: 115-Pound Weight Loss

Sunshine Hampton may have been voted off of the Biggest Loser ranch back in March but that didn’t stop her from losing a stunning amount of weight. The 24-year-old who has never been on a date nor had a boyfriend revealed her new look at the Biggest Loser season finale last week and she looked fantastic.

Ellen Degeneres’ Vegan Diet

Talk show host Ellen Degeneres is an avid vegan , animal-rights advocate and healthy living poster child for the 50-somethings of the US.
