Mel-B Endorses International Fitness Week

Former Spice Girl Mel-B had one amazing year in 2009 and things are still on the up-and-up for 2010. Last year she released an exercise DVD , had a great gig doing a burlesque Peepshow in Las Vegas and got a job hosting Dance Your Ass Off .
